Anne Curtis to give away three free dream weddings

MANILA, Philippines — In a recent press conference, Anne Curtis recalled her sweetest moments with fiancé Erwan Heussaff. Of all the places that they have been, the actress and TV host said Paris is her favorite not only because her restaurateur boyfriend is half-French. “I have a lot of memories in Paris with Erwan,” she began. “Just walking hand in hand in park stair as if we’re normal people. Wala lang, ang sweet!” “We just sit down in a café with coffee and long conversations and no one knew who we were… it’s really just an ‘us’ time,” added the star. Though she does not want to reveal her wedding details because she wants to keep it special, she described herself as “super relaxed as a bride” and hopefully, she would like to keep her hair short for the big day because she now feels weird having her long locks back. As a children’s book author, she loves kids, but divulged that she and Erwan would probably hold back having children first after they get married. “I love children! I really, really do. But I don’t think I’m going to have one right away. After getting married, we’d wait for maybe a year so, so we can enjoy muna each other’s company and then travel na kami lang. I have a group of friends who have kids and it really changes eh. Parang when you want to travel, ‘di na pwede ‘yung basta basta na lang aalis. Or when you book a restaurant, iba ‘pag may baby. So, we will wait for that and just travel more to all the exotic places na gusto naming puntahan.” Although she marks her 20th year in showbiz this year, she does not feel that getting married would make her feel older. “Of course not! You’ve got so many young moms, young brides who got married at the age of 25. So, feeling ko, hindi naman s’ya nakakatanda. In fact, I feel like I’m such a late bloomer na nga. But I think that’s because times have changed. Women have become more career-driven and now have other priorities. During the time of my mom, 18 pa lang kinakasal na sila. Hindi s’ya nakakatanda. It’s just that priorities have changed.” In fact, even after the wedding, she still will not accept mother roles and she plans to continue what she is doing. “My personality is so active and out there… As long as you maintain your body, your appearance, you can still portray any role you think is bagay for you. But I respect din naman the actresses. I will not change much in the industry. It’s only my last name that’s changing.” Indeed, Anne is already looking forward to walking down the aisle toward Erwan. “I’m excited for everything that will come our way, maybe, how we’ll live alone together.”Philstar
